Order & Payments
We accept various secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Mobile Money with Multicaixa.
Please contact us within 2 hours if you need to cancel or change your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't already been processed.

If an item is out of stock, it will typically be indicated on the product page. You can often sign up to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.
Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We will then process your order, prepare it for shipment, and you'll receive another email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Multicaixa Payments
After placing your order, you’ll see a payment button on the Thank You page.
- Click the Pay with Multicaixa button
- You’ll be taken to the secure EMIS payment page
- Enter your phone number
- You’ll receive a payment request in your Multicaixa app (you may also receive an SMS notification)
- Open your Multicaixa app and approve the payment
Once the payment is approved, your order will be confirmed.
You’ll also receive the payment link by email, so you can return to it if you close the page by mistake.
No problem.
Check your email — we automatically send you the Multicaixa payment link in your order confirmation after you place your order.
You can also find the payment button in your order details page within your account.
Use either option to complete your payment while the link is still active.
Multicaixa payment links are time-limited for security reasons.
If your link has expired:
- Go back to your order confirmation email
- Or go to your account and find your order
You’ll find an active payment button in both places to complete your payment.
Once you open the EMIS payment page, the link is active for about 1 minute.
Please complete the payment as soon as possible to avoid expiration.
If it expires, you can reopen the payment link from your email or order page.
The payment request is sent directly to your Multicaixa app.
In some cases, you may also receive an SMS notification.
Please open your app to view and approve the payment.
You may not always receive an SMS, and that’s normal.
The payment request is sent to your Multicaixa app.
Open your app and check for a pending payment request.
If you don’t see it, make sure you entered the correct phone number and try again.
Shipping
Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders above Kz 498.000 to Angola.
At the moment we only deliver Luanda, Soyo, Viana, Benguela, Cabinda, Lobito, and Namibe.
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped from our warehouse in Dubai. We'll always keep you updated with tracking information so you know exactly when your package will reach your doorstep in Angola.
No. All import duties and taxes for orders shipped to Angola are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional fees upon delivery.
