Welcome to www.zelaprime.com (the "Site"), operated by Zela Prime, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"), with its registered office at Dubai, UAE ("we," "us," "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site, primarily for the purchase of genuine electronics devices ("Products") shipped from Dubai, UAE, to customers in Angola.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, found here, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Use of the Website
a. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
c. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Site, and any service or material we provide on the Site, in our sole discretion without notice.

2. Eligibility
This Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Angola. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Products and Orders
a. Product Information: We strive to display accurate Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). All Products are genuine and sourced reliably.
b. Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure acceptance of that order. We may require additional information or verification before accepting any order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
c. Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not signify acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale will occur upon shipment of the Products ordered.
d. Product Compatibility: Products are generally configured for the UAE/international market (e.g., power plugs Type G, 220-240V). Customers in Angola (typically Type C plug, 220V) are responsible for ensuring compatibility and obtaining any necessary adapters. Voltage is generally compatible, but plug types differ.

4. Pricing and Payment
a. Currency: All prices are listed in Angolan Kwanza. Transactions will be processed in this currency. 
b. Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Mobile Money with Multicaixa. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any transaction.
c. Taxes and Duties: The customer (recipient) is not responsible for paying any taxes and duties upon import. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Warranty
Warranty information is governed by our Warranty Policy, available here. We facilitate the sale of genuine products which typically come with a manufacturer's warranty. However, enforceability and service options in Angola may vary.

8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Zela Prime, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, in no event will Zela Prime, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, any websites linked to it, any content on the Site, or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Our liability for any claims related to the Products purchased shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any express warranties stated in our Warranty Policy or provided by the Product manufacturer, the Site and the Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zela Prime hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter, or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

12. Changes to the Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
